With a vibrant, hands-on approach to event management, Jess Zeltner – or simply JZ to those who know her – thrives on creating unforgettable experiences. Her diverse background spans everything from large corporate conferences and charity galas to intimate gatherings, live performances, and stylish soirées, making her a versatile force in the events industry.

Since 2021, I’ve been freelancing as an all-round event specialist, collaborating with industry leaders like PwC, Man of Many, Digital Publishers Alliance, GPT, BCG, BESydney, What Bitcoin Did, Bitcoin Alive, and Accenture. From global conferences and tech expos to high-energy festivals and corporate showcases, I bring their visions to life with seamless, unforgettable experiences.
Since 2023, I’ve also run dynamic music nights for Virgin Music and Laneway Festival at South by South West Sydney, and partnered with What Bitcoin Did (the team behind CheatCode Conferences), Bitcoin Alive, and Accenture to produce standout events across Australia and England.
Before freelancing, I was the Head of Events at UNSW Roundhouse, managing everything from large-scale concerts and hackathons to corporate symposiums. My roster included iconic brands like The Iconic, Canva, Green Building Council Australia, and UNSW Centre for Ideas, as well as music powerhouses like Live Nation, Mushroom Group, Destroy All Lines, Astral People, and Secret Sounds (including Splendour in the Grass sideshows).
I’ve also delivered high-profile global events like the Marks & Spencer Annual Internal Event at Wembley Stadium and co-ordinated over 120 events for Vivid Ideas at the Vivid Sydney Festival. My work with Hoyts Cinemas included red carpet premieres, private screenings, and satellite events. I also had the honour of producing the first annual GOVA Awards for PetSure Australia, celebrating the industry’s best in the veterinary space.
I’m also passionate about purpose-driven projects, producing charity events like the Super Furry Festival, Boys & Girls Brigade Wonder 100, and the 28 Black Crown
Street Crawl.
